Teams

Teams in Oneplane are isolated workspaces that organize infrastructure, users, and cloud configurations under a shared operational context. Every user must operate within at least one Team, and can belong to multiple Teams simultaneously to enable cross-functional collaboration.

Each team is a secure, isolated environment with separate:

  • Cloud resources and deployments
  • User permissions and access controls
  • Cost tracking and budgets
  • Templates and configurations
  • Mandatory Membership: All users must belong to at least one team
  • Multi-Team Access: Users can join multiple teams for cross-functional work
  • Team Switching: Easy context switching between teams via team selector
  • Full administrative control over team settings
  • Manage team members and permissions
  • Configure cloud providers and security policies
  • Access all team resources and cost data
  • Access resources based on assigned permissions
  • Deploy applications using team templates
  • View monitoring data within their scope
  • Collaborate on shared projects
  1. Navigate to Teams: Click “Teams” in the main navigation

  2. Create Team: Click the “Create New Team” button

  3. Team Details:

    • Enter team name (e.g., “Development Team”, “Production”)
    • Add team description (optional)
  4. Save Team: Click “Create Team” to finish

  1. Access Team Settings: Go to your team and click “Settings”

  2. Navigate to Members: Click “Members” or “Team Members” tab

  3. Send Invitations:

    • Click “Invite Members” button
    • Enter email addresses (one per line for multiple users)
    • Select role: Team Owner or Team Member
    • Add custom message (optional)
    • Send Invites: Click “Send Invitations”
